Brief Answer:
Go immediately for ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

Please explain me bleeding was urethral or vaginal?
Having kidney stones doesn't demage your baby, but if you have a lot of bleeding this may cause low of total volume and anemia and decreased placental perfusion.
In the decreased placental perfusion can cause fetal soference.
Hence go for ultrasound to determine well -being of you baby.
Be calm and take much more fluids.

Best regards

Brief Answer:
Go FOR EXAM

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.
If bleeding is only when you pee and you haven't lower abdominal pain or cramps ,more chances are that this is from urinary tract.
But we can't exclude that bleeding may be vaginal.

Hence go for pelvic exam and do a ultrasound examination to see well-being of your baby.

All the best
