Brief Answer:
Is the client on blood thinner's

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I really appreciate the care that you give to your client. Very rarely I find caregiver's spend extra time and bucks to cater to their health needs.

If your client is on blood thinner, kidney infection, Prostate enlargement there is a high probability of finding blood in the urine. Dark urine seems blood in the urine. Sometimes moderate to severe dehydration can also cause this.

Get him immediately checked as he had stroke in the past and blood thinners would be in his medication list. You should not waste time.
