Here are pic. I have been diagnosed to have fatty liver. I drink alcohol in the past. I have been alcohol free for one month. I hAd a TKR 1.1/2 years ago & a minipulation. Still very little motion diagnosed as rapid growth syndrome.

You seem to be developing distension of veins due to bloating of abdomen and liver pathology.
This is a very common skin manifestation seen in patients with fluid retention in abdomen due to liver causes.
You simply need to get the underlined cause treated which is the liver pathology .
For the skin,apply plenty of moisturizing lotion over the abdomen .
In case there is itching, mix cortisone cream with moisturizing lotion and apply over abdomen twice daily.
As the liver parameters return to normal and the bloating decreases,the skin will also start becoming normal.
