What Causes Dark Red Spots Under Skin On Fingers?

Question: tiny needlepoint dark red spots under skin of finger, std risk?

I've noticed some very small needlepoint red spots underneath the skin, could this be caused be a response to a viral infection such as an STD (I was fingering a girl several days ago) but don't recall if this occurred before or after the incident. Could it be the start of an STD? Also, could it be contagious, and should I be worried?
Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you for your help, Dr. Kakkar.
Should I be worried about this? It's wouldn't be herpes, I figure herpes would be bigger right. Does it look cancerous and do most people have them?
Thanks again.
