After analyzing the pictures and getting related history it is confirmed that the dark areas are basically due to weight gain and excess of hormones during pregnancy.

Good news for you is that in most of the cases this pigmentation is temporary. As soon as the hormones are normalized after delivery and the reduction of weight itself causes reduced pigmentation.

In your kind of cases I suggest the females to use a cream containing Kojic acid (such as Clearz ultra). It is to be applied at night time in thinnest possible layer. A simple guiding principle is that a pea size amount is sufficient for palm size area. The cream is quite safe and can be applied during pregnancy.

Additionally I suggest you to eat a lot of vitamin C containing fruits which reduces the pigmentation naturally.

Try avoiding direct sunlight as it is one of the important factor in increasing the pigmentation.
