Question: My son has a dark rash circular in nature on the thigh. Rough dry dark spot

Your son seems to have developed a patch of dry eczema.
I would like to know since when he has this skin patch.
Any associated itching or discomfort?
In most cases.. application of a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily for five to seven days helps.
Apply plenty of moisturising lotions over it.
