What Causes Dark Brownish Mole On The Penis?

Question: I have a dark brown mole on my penis. I never had it before. Its about 4mm and has uneven borders. It sometimes itches. Should i be concerned?

Its a fungal infection

This appears to be a fungal infection.

You need to apply an anti fungal cream like micanozole for 5 to 7 days. The cream should be applied at adjacent skin region also.

If there is no improvement in 48 hours, then you should see a dermatologist.

The inguinal skin region is very prone to fungal infections. There can be many factors responsible for this like sweating in inguinal region, infection through underwear, improper hygiene, working for long hours in sweaty conditions.

This is a very common infection and many persons do get this at some time.
