Brief Answer:
Not due to cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The cystic area in the uterus is usually a benign asymptomatic cyst. This is not suggestive of a cancer. Usually it is an endometriotic cyst and just needs a close monitoring or a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. The normal shape and size of uterus goes in favor of a benign cyst.
You can consult your gynecologist for further investigations to confirm.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Not a cancerous lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Hysteroscopy is the best investigation for you. A biopsy can also be taken if it is felt necessary by your gynecologist.
Since there is no irregular bleeding or any other symptoms it is not likely to be related to cancer. The burning pain in the abdomen can be related to intestinal colic or indigestion. Do take pineapple juice, lemon juice, ginger juice, grapes, etc after every meal for relief.Otherwise take antacids and digestive enzymes on regular basis for relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
