Brief Answer:
Fungal infection likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Curd like vaginal discharge with spotting can be present in fungal infection of vagina or in pregnancy.
If your periods are overdue, then a pregnancy test should be done.
If there is no pregnancy, then the internal examination should be done by an OBGYN specialist and a vaginal swab examination should be done to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
