Brief Answer:
Vit B12 with good hydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Due to diabetes mellitus, peripheral neuropathy and peripheral vascular disease is possible.
2. You need to be well hydrated during daytime and also start on vitamin b12 or multivitamin supplements. Also in your diet add banana, eggs and fish.
3. Control of blood sugar is essential. Maintain nutritional diet with moderate exercise and be hydrated well.

Within a week, improvement in symptoms should be noted.

Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Vit B12 - any tablet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Alternatives would include potato, white beans, green leafy vegetables, pistachios, banana, milk, apricots, yoghurt, white mushroom etc.

Rules of the site forbid me from recommending any specific tablet. However, you can try any company Vit B12 tablet or you can just ask for B-complex tablets like becosules etc.. All are equally effective. Take it daily regularly and within 2 weeks, you should feel symptomatic improvement. Follow the diet too and watch out for sugar levels.

Hope it helps.
