What causes cough, heartburn, muscle pain and stomach upset?

Question: I've been feeling weird this past week. I feel fatigued with slight vertigo, I have sore and sometimes briefly aching muscles, a cough, heartburn, and an upset stomach when I'm sitting or standing upright. After researching symptoms for numerous possible causes, I think might simply be stress-related, like my body's way of telling me I'm too stressed right now (because I have been), but I don't know for sure. I'm planning on seeing a doctor about it in person soon, but I wanted some earlier imput.

Brief Answer:
gastritis and reflux, capsule omez 20 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you, I think you might have gastritis and reflux, stress can be a contributing factor.

I would suggest you to avoid coffee, tea, spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Avoid meat and eat high fiber diet for few days. Eat small frequent meals rather than heavy meal. Avoid immediately lying after meal, walk for 15 to 20 minutes after meal.

I would suggest you to take capsule omez 20 mg once daily before breakfast for 10 days and observe for any improvement.
Cough can be due to reflux, so it should resolve with above measures apart from that I would suggest you to do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil, this will be helpful.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to address your further queries.
Take care.
