you should take some precautions like avoid cold water, use diaper at night because if diaper is not used at night and if child urinates then it can lead to cold. Use warm clothes for child at night. keep room temperature warm.
In my opinion, you can give cough syrup like Sinarest 3 ml 3 times a day for 3 days. If there is fever, decreased​ activity, respiratory distress, decreased feeding then you should get the child examined by a doctor.
if no improvement in 24 hours then get child examined by doctor so that we may not miss any important finding.
