Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Majority of Respiratory tract infection are viral in origin and self limiting. They require only symptomatic treatment. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. Baby accepting feeds well

2. Baby sleeps well

3. Absence of Fever or mild fever (temperature less than 100 °F )

4. Respiration quite and normal

I would suggest you the following

1. Steam inhalation : Preferably using electronic steamer. Maintain safe distance from baby. Use it for 5 minutes thrice a day

2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 6 times a day

3. Tminic drops 0.5 ml thrice a day

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best regards
