follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Yes, continuous flickering of eye-lid (I suppose you meant eye-lid only), no matter how small it is, can be quite bothersome..

You need to follow a few advises,

First of all, don't worry, avoid being too conscious about it and you'll see the improvement right away..

Now if your using spectacles and/ haven't undergone for your eye-check up for a while then it's the right time to schedule an appointment with the ophthalmologist..

It's very important to give your eyes rest for the time being, avoid looking in to computer/T.V/mobile screens and just try to give your eyes rest as much as possible..

Please avoid taking caffeinated foods and alcohol/smoking(if you do) as they actually worsens this..

Please maintain a healthy 8 hr sleep strictly and see how it goes..

With all these, you should be feeling better within a matter of time, so start maintaining them..

Let me know if there's any doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
