Brief Answer:
Are places cold?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

What are the temperatures like around where you live? When place get cold, the body prevents blood from going to the periphery in an attempt to conserve heat. If the body heats up sufficiently, blood will again fill in the arteries and veins and the sizes would immediately increase.

Let me know if this applies to you or not.

Brief Answer:
I will suggest you get a bone marrow biopsy!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that you get a bone marrow biopsy. This will shed more light on this. Weight loss and fever alongside this white cells not being totally logical. Also, a blood fllm to look at the nature of these cells before the bone marrow would be highly appreciated and valued.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Let's just be patient.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that we stay patient and follow through. While he's taking some more time, these results might also help add more weight to what we need and more so if there are no positive findings to make us suggest other possible causes.

I wish you well and keep me posted.

Hi Doc
I got some lab results back and my ALT was low and bilirubin was high was told last time to it was not adressed. Also told me it's called tansaminitis what does that mean? I looked it up early organ failure but I called the place where I had my testing done and was reassured not organ failure. My gastrologist cbc results came back normal why didn't it pick it up my ALT were low. Each place I go weather it's the hospital ort other testing facilities results are always different. Can liver issue cause the bbody to smell
Also my glucose level was 114 high not fasting early diabetes?

Thanks

Hi Doc
Also can that make my breath and body smell with the liver issue?

Brief Answer:
No organ failure!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Low levels of ALT cannot be suggestive of liver failure. While liver failure cam cause a change in skin odor, it happens at very late stages and you are certainly not having any of those symptoms.

Can you share these recent findings with me?
