Brief Answer:
Complete examination with following

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would have been better if you could add preliminary check up results in this query. I have read through this twice and found the following has to be investigated on by GP.
1) Lipomas - for the small nodules under the skin, extremely common and painless. They are benign and are of no concern. Polyp / Hemorrhoid needs a reexamination by general surgeon. If exist they can be cleared by surgery alone. It is better to clear them and witness by your eyes so that your problems minimize one by one.
2) Irritable Bowel syndrome & Chronic Fatigue syndrome. It co exists with IBS in many.
3) Depression is not treated well. The symptoms you explained aggravate or appear devastating if this is not well treated. Tiredness is expressed severely when in low moods.

If these are well treated and good long term care for one year, I think high blood pressure, IBS, GERD and sleep problems will be cleared automatically.

Thanks you for being very clear on each thing thats helpful, once i get my blood work i will put it in. The nodules hurt a lot when i feel them but cannot be seen. They are a pea size or more and they feel almost clustered together in some areas it almost feels as it goes around the whole colon area, and pancreas.

Brief Answer:
non fearing

Detailed Answer:
OK when general surgeon confirms benignity you can be pretty happy. Depression and too many thoughts will release inflammatory mediators that strike the pain endings. Wait for appointment and confirm them. I definitely do not find anything fearsome life threatening.

I have to push and lift my left side of my belly to use the bathroom even if my poop is soft..it hurts when I do that..one I'm almost finished the pain minimizes this happens all the time now for about two month...I'm wondering if the problem can be in the colon..or something...can you feel nodules that grown within the colon cause everytime they did a colonoscopy they found polyps.

Brief Answer:
What you describe is tenesmus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You have a problem most likely in colon or rectum. It really needs a good amount of digital plus scopy to find the reason. If they found polyps then it is even more important to check if there is new pain or symptoms. Polyps should not be left alone always biopsied and dealt till the end. Polyposis, Diverticulitis etc should be in mind for the examining doctor.

Please meet a colo-rectal surgeon/general surgeon in the first place.

Brief Answer:
CT Scan abdomen is better

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you strongly suspect gall bladder issues you should ask your doctor about CT Scan abdomen which confirms it. You should draw a line for your consciousness that if the CT found to be normal you should completely forget about gall bladder issues. The worry can leave you crippled though it is not proven.

Diverticulosis presents something similar you described and known to lose weight and appetite.

I could not see the blood report here. Please upload it from the right side pane of the page.
