Brief Answer:
Possible Intestinal obstruction, advice to go to the ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

The symptoms he is experiencing is suggestive of Interstitial obstrustion, possibly due to scar tissue from previous surgery.
Stomach cramls, lack of output for past 12 hours warrants an emergency room visit.
Abdominal Xray/CT scan can confirm the diagnosis.
At the emergency room, they will stop oral intake of food/fluids, start an intravenous line ,nadogastric tube insertion and close monitoring of symptoms. If the symptoms do not resolve on its own or there is a complete obstruction then surgery will be necessary.

Please be advised to follow up with the nearest emergency room for appropriate management.
