Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You may be under weight and still may have fatty liver disease. This is very common in patients with dyslipidemia. Moreover It's essential to know the severity of fatty liver disease.

Before giving my advice I would like to have the abdominal ultrasound and lipid profile. Can you upload these data for me?

I don't actually have that. I was just told that's what I have. They have no idea how it was caused. I have stage 2 is what I was told.

Brief Answer:
Follow the suggestions below

Detailed Answer:
Hi back
You are reporting that you have stage 2 fatty liver. This is not too much worrisome.

On the other hand you have a healthy lifestyle and are not overweight.
what dose it mean? It means that the cause of your fatty liver is another like familiar hyperlipidemia and healthy lifestyle alone will not improve it.

This is why I strongly recommend to do lipid profile. If it is confirmed that you have high cholesterol or triglycerides than you need to start the treatment with hypolipemiant drugs.

Mean time you can start to use:
- sylimarine
- vit E
as antioxidants and liver protectors.

wishing you all the best
