Question: I am having Constant sneezing and running nose , please suggest good medicine for quick relief

If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed antihistamines with steroid nasal spray. This will give quick releif.

Antihistamines like cetrizine, loratidine, chlorpheneramine maleate ,fexofenadine can be used once or twice daily depending on the severity of the symptoms.
nasal spray containing mometazone furoate or mometazone propionate can be used twice daily for 2 weeks.
