Brief Answer:
Tinnitus

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query,
The sound you are hearing is called tinnitus.Tinnitus is the perception of noise or ringing in the ears.Tinnitus isn't a condition itself — it's a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.Till date there are no scientific proven cure for tinnitus. As you said your all tests neurological,E.N.T and cardiology are normal,So most likely tinnitus in your case is idiopathic(cause unknown). However As tinnitus in your case is associated with unilateral headache,It can be vestibular migraine or aura of migraine.
I would suggest you to meet a Neuratologist. They deal only with vertigo, tinnitus and deafness.
Ginko biloba 40 mg thrice daily can relieve tinnitus in some case. However a cure is yet to be found.
Thanks
