Brief Answer:
Detailed complete body investigation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thank you for asking your query on this forum.

You have multiple issues with health and detailed investigation is required to find out whats causing the problem.
Lets start with your blood pressure.

Classification of blood pressure according to JACC is
Prehypertensive stage
Systolic 120-139 and diastolic 80-89mm of hg.
Mild hypertension- Systolic 140-159 and diastolic 90-99mm of hg.
Moderate - Systolic 160-179 and diastolic 100 to 109 mm of hg.
Above it is severe.
A blood pressure touching systolic 202 and diastolic 120 is hypertensive emergency and such high levels can cause severe damage to your end organs like kidney heart eye etc.

Initial investigation suggested are
Renal profile( too see status of kiney)
Liver functions test( to see the condition of liver)
Stress echo-To see cardiac function, wall mobility and heart pumping capacity and to rule out hypertrophy of muscles.(as per you your cholestrol is grossly deranged so a Lipid profile should be done asap and treatment should be started as per the results).
Fastin and post prandial glucose
HbA1c

Severe hypetension and grossly deranged lipids with deranged sugars are risk factor for cardiac disease.

Now lets come to your gastro intestinal system. The symptoms you are telling are grossaly suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome.Belly pains or cramps, usually in the lower half of the belly, that get worse after meals and feel better after a bowel movement. A lot of gas or bloating with severe nausea vomiting and loss of appetite are indicative of possibility of it being irritable bowel disease. However to be on a serious note this can also be suggestive of problem like gross liver damage or any on going benign or malignant problem in abdomen.

"i have always had problems with bathroom issues"- I would consider this as constipation. Please upload the reports of scopes(endoscopy or colonoscopy)or mail it to me at YYYY@YYYY .

Tests that should be done for gastric issues are-
Endocsopy
ultrasonogram abdomen

The accumulation of toxins leads to an imbalance in the way the small and large intestines functions along with various other participating organs like the liver and more. And this is the rootcause for indigestion.

Few suggestion to be followe till tests are done are-
As the first thing in the morning, drinking a glass of lukewarm water is good. Add some baking soda to this, if you are feeling bloated, it aids in cleansing the bowels.
Guava, pears, oranges, grapes, papaya, apples, and other fruits add roughage to the diet and help in easy passage of stools.
Including small amounts of olive oil, castor oil, and ghee help in lubrication and easy passage of the stools
A glass of carrot juice or papaya juice is very useful in treating constipation.
Ginger tea is another great remedy to induce bowel movements in the morning
Timely intake of meals: For better digestion, one must take meals at the same time everyday. Also, do not sit down for the next meal before the previous meal has been digested properly.
Exercise: Some form of movement and exercise is imperative to keep the digestive system in prime working condition. Walk and yoga especially are ideal to boost one's digestive health.
An ounce of aloe vera a day will keep indigestion away. Break off, a leaf and scoop some gel into a smoothie for smooth digestion.
avoid unhealthy food that are excessively fried, fatty, sweet or cold so as to aid the digestive fires in doing their job effectively.
Triphala, which is a popular Ayurvedic preparation, can be mixed with warm water and consumed to prevent constipation. Given its bitter taste, you can add a small amount of honey to it. It has antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-parasitic properties. This helps in overall cleansing of the colon and is not just a short-term remedy.

Right now i am not suggesting you any medicines start folllowing the above mentioned thingss go for the investigations and follow up with repports.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Follow-up consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

You're welcome dear, you can send me all your reports and investigations.

Elemental iron 325mg thrice a day is at a very high dose and can cause severe gastric upset.

please request your GP to prescribe you iron polypeptide 6mg once daily. They are far superior and are very well tolerated with no gastric symptoms.

Most likely constipation is due to such high doses of elemental iron.

I wish you a great luck and thanks for the appreciation.
Warm regards.
