Brief Answer:
Upload reports and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The pain in both hands can be due to CRPS or cervical radiculopathy or median neuropathy due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Is there any neck pain or radiation from neck region?
Please upload reports of imaging and previous testings.
Any MRI of cervical spine?
Any nerve conduction study of upper limbs?
For treatment physiotherapy is important.
Drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin, amitriptyline or sertraline may be useful.
As you have tried Lyrica and got dizziness, you can try with low dose gabapentin (50 mg) now.
Pain killers like aceclofenac can be used for short duration. Opioids like tapentadol can also be tried.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
