Brief Answer:
Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/56 - takes 4-6 Ibuprofen to hep reduce pain - back shoulder blade area, under right breast, feels like rib - almost daily -sharp and constant - no injuries or strains - some days pain or tenderness in the center of chest...

Please give some additional information:
- Since when is the pain?
- Type: burning, twisting, throbbing (sharp and constant you said).
- Any sort of stress and/or anxiety?
- Any other information you would like share with?
- What are the factors that increase the pain like movements of the upper limb or that involves back, any particular foods or so?
- Any relieving factors?

The most probable causes from the available history are:
- The rib pain can be costochondritis
- The pain in back- shoulder blade area can be muscular or sort of Repetitive strain injury (RSI). This increases on action of these muscles.
- The pain in the back and the front can be due to acidity, GERD and so on as you are taking 4-6 Ibuprofen which are known to cause severe acidity and related issues.

You history in detail and further investigations as per the history will give the proper diagnosis.
You may need an upper GI endoscopy.
Local examination by a Doctor to see whether there is local tenderness or not.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to give the feedback asked for and for asking further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
