Brief Answer:
It's normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
It is absolutely normal for the baby to have hiccups inside the womb.
The frequency of the hiccups in a day is variable and it has no relation to the position of the baby or the cord, whether loose or around the neck.
You should not worry at all.
The important thing is that the fetal movements should be normal with a frequency of more than 12 in a day.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
