Question: Fever 101.2 for about 72 hours, no other symptoms

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post it seems that your fever might be viral in origin.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor along with some investigations are needed like :-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
2. Urine examination.
You can take paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for relief from your symptoms.
Drink lots of water daily.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation by your doctor.
