Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness may be due to hypotension or low blood sugar.
Get blood pressure and blood sugar measured.
If dizziness persists take cinnarizine tablet.
Avoid prolonged standing.
Take rest. Take pain killers if headache occurs.
In case of any difficulty in swallowing, speech or walking, visit an ER and get evaluated.
