What Causes Constant Breathing Problem, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Dry Heaves And Stomach Problem?

Question: So for five years I have been having bad panic attacks with no history before then I have done methamphetamine and coke before then I have tried a few different meds like matoporol, lisinopril, buspar a few anti depressants. My breathing is not what it was I constantly feel I cannot breath right and wake up unable to breath for a few seconds. I was put on an inhaler and breathing treatments due to a blow test that showed my lungs are about half what they should be, no x rays. I feel off balance all the time not really dizzy constantly dry heave and stomach problems, mood swings and irritability, feels like my nose closes and constant flem and nose drips, swelling under the tongue, and a lot of respiratory infections I cannot drive cause then I do get dizzy and short of breath and usually can't go in public for same reason. I have an appointment Thursday to renew meds so my question is what could physically be wrong that I can ask my doctor to test or what meds seems to work so that I can get back to a relatively normal life?

Brief Answer:
Get done breathing test again to see for any improvement or deterioration.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should ask for these two things.
1. Repeat PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). This is to compare between new and old report and judge whether it is improving or deteriorating.
2. Long acting inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
You are at present taking only albuterol inhaler which short acting. So only this will not give proper control of respiratory symptoms.
So discuss about these two points when you meet your doctor.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
