Brief Answer:
Get X-Ray Pelvis done and see Orthopaedic surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Was there any injury to his pelvis any time in the past? It could be a bony problem then. Since the sonogram and Scopies are normal, I suggest you get an X-ray Pelvis done AP view, and consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Is there any swelling of his legs or visible veins on his legs or lower abdomen? If yes, then let me know. You can also send me the X Ray report for advice.

Take care and look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Doctor:
There was no injury to his pelvis previously. He does not have any swelling on his legs, visible veins on his legs or lower abdomen.
However, there is soreness of the groin area after intercourse. Looking forward for your help.

Thanks much.

Brief Answer:
Give Tab Paracetamol for pain & get Xray done

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mrs B. Thank you for the answers. I suggest you get the Xray done as I advised earlier. Soreness post inter course is normal if it is mild. You can give him some mild analgesics like Paracetamol when the pain is there. Do let me know if he has any swelling in the inguinal area or groin crease which could be leading to the pain. Also if anything is picked up in the Xray. Take care.
