Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines and provide me more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way

Cold of 3 weeks duration is suggesting of
1. low immunity against infection or allergy
2.continuous exposure to allergen or infection

I would like further information to help you better
are you having running nose, headache, cough or husky voice
Your complete history like what all medicines you are taking for high BP, whether you are diabetic

Since you have already taken the possible medicines for the cold and sore throat so I would advise you to consult an ENT specialist for thorough examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test, blood sugar and an X ray PNS (paranasal sinuses)

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Steam inhalation
Deep breathing and relaxation exercises
Gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash
Avoid cold drinks and ice creams
Multivitamin supplements especially B complex and Vitamin C

Hope this helps you
Thanks for your question please feel free to ask for more clarification, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
