What Causes Cold, Sore Throat And Running Nose?

Question: Hi. Visiting sister in indianai have allergies really bad. Dust mites. I cant figure out if i have a cold or allergies. My throat is. Sore, not strep, my nasal mucous is clear thick, nose runs, nose is not stopped up. No fever. Exhausted. No headaches. No coughing.

Likely allergies since there is no fever though the same type of medication/treatment would be used no matter the exact cause.Allergies can be associated with fatigue.

Antihistamine / decongestant combination would help . You can use both an oral and topical decongestant, these would help with the runny nose.
These are over the counter medication
Topical decongestants-oxymetazoline, normal saline, xylometazoline

Warm compresses to the face would help with any drainage.

Continue the nasal spray
