Brief Answer:
Thyroid disease can explain your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic.

Well these symptoms could be due to Thyroid diseases , Diabetes or Adrenal Insufficinecy.

You said your blood work was fine except for low TSH. A low TSH indicates Thyroid disease and needs medications . Kindly upload the report of TSH test. Also you said a low potassium which can be seen in Adrenal Insufficiency . Kindly check if any Serum Cortisol test has been done or not , if not get the test done and revert back .

Also chceck if you have been tested for Diabetes , if not get that done as well .

Kindly revert back with reports.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Need to know TSH value.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Good that you don't have Diabetes.

Have you been tested for Serum Cortisol or not . And do upload the TSH report or let me know the value of it .

As of your problem of passing out , it could be due to Heart or brain problem . I recommend you to get an ECG done and upload the report. Also if not done get Serum Vitamin B12 levels done.

As advised before you need medications to correct your TSH levels and your Potassium levels which I shall advise after knowing the value of both .

Kindly revert back with details asked.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Need to be started on Thyroid medication.

Detailed Answer:
HI

I went through the reports and I see that your TSH is very low . It indicates Hyperthyroidism and all your symptoms ( Dizziness, Nauseas , Sweating ) can be caused due to Hyperthyroidism.

You need to be started on medications for this so that the TSH levels comes to normal. I recommend you to get a prescription for Tab Carbimazole from your doctor and start using it daily.

Repeat TSH test 2 months after starting the medication.

Also your Cortisol test was done as randome while it should be been done as Morning ( 8 A.M ) and evening ( 4 p.M ) test. Kindly redo the cortisol tests as advised and revert back with report.

I also recommend Vitamin B12 and Serum Vitamin D3 test for you.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Need Vitamin D supplementation.

Detailed Answer:
HI

I went through your report.

1. Your Vitamin B12 levels are very good.

2. But your TSH value has come normal while it was low in the previous reports. This is a discrepency. I need to know whether you were started any medications for Thyroid disease.

3. You have got Cortisol test- but it is not mentioned whether it is random / morning or evening samplemorning sample or Evening sample.

So apart from Thyroid Values ( which is normal now ) everything seems fine . I recommend you to start Tab Vertin and use it for 1-2 weeks ( kindly get a prescription from your doctor )

Also your Vitamin D levels are low. I recommend you to start Vitamin D supplements ( Cholecalciferol 60000 units ) weekly once for 3 months . Ask your doctor for this prescription also.

With these two medicines you shall feel more good . In addition drink plenty of water and eat more fruits.

But do let me know the details asked.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Cortisol levels are normal.

Detailed Answer:
HI

In that case your Cortisol levels are also normal. Just start Vitamin D supplements as advised in my previous reply. In addition eat more of Iron rich food ( no need of Iron tablets ) for example Green Leafy vegetables, Carrot, Beetroot, Papaya, Pomogranate, Custard Apple, Peanuts and Dates.

All your symptoms will improve. But for Headache get an Eye check up done and if any vision problem is detected follow eye doctor's advise. If eye examination comes clean then you need to be started on Migraine treatment which I shall advise .

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
