What Causes Cold Sensation On Feet Along With Headache?
Question: hi,for a couple of days my feet have been very cold and i've awakend with a headache,both are uncommon for me.i would like to add that i see a Rheumatology on a regular basis and have never had a blood pressure problem.

There are many reasons for head ache. but most common reason for head aches include hypertension,hypoglycemia, migrane and eye problems(refractive error),
as you have never had increased blood pressure, the most common reason for your headahe is due to migrane,
The triggering factor for this type of head ache is sleeplessness, alcohol intake,medications,hormonal changes (for females),stress, weather alteration etc,
i advice you to take acetaminophen or paracetamol 650 mg when you have the head ache
these are some of the measures you have to take on regular basis for preventing from further attack
have a good adequate night sleep - 8 hours continuous sleep is must,
limit your stress
go to some meditation classes regularly
stop intake of alcohol
do not use laptops or television for longer hours
if you continuously have headache consult your opthalmologist for refractive errors.
