Brief Answer:
Slow circulation or hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Reduced circulation could be one of the causes of cold hands and feet.
2. Anemia due to nutritional deficiency can present like this, particularly vit B12.
3. However, thyroid hormone profile needs evaluation. As cold hands and feet usually point towards hypothyroidism. Weight gain, especially recently could be another symptom

Being in same position for longer periods, can reduce circulation and hence can experience cold hands and feet during these times. Anemia could be an additional factor, however, i doubt along it can cause cold hands and feet.

Hope it helps.
