Question: Hi, I have a 5 year old son who is having running nose and cough. Last time when he had cold, his doctor prescribed Sinarest AF and Asthakind-LS. I dont have the prescription now with me and want to know what should be the dosage for him. Always it starts with a blocked nose in the first day and then it moves to running nose and cough

Use Nasoclear Saline Nasal Drops in case of nose block. Give Nasivion only if steam inhalation does not provide full relief.
