Question: yes, 36 hours with occasional vomit - copd patient with RA - felt like flu symptoms = have only had clear liquids - most recent vomit coffee color -

Hi welcome to health care magic,

I do not like 'coffee colored' vomit. It may indicate blood in the vomit.
Please immediately take quarter glass cold milk plus 2 tsp of liquid antacid every two hours plus if you have any Omeprazole preparation.
If the color does not change and you continue to vomit, please show your PCP or go to ER. If there are any pain killers/aspirin/antibiotics--omit them.
