Question: 3 days ago i had a cloudy looking mucus attached to my stool. I was constipated but managed to have a decent stool . The next day i ate wel and was hydrated and manage to have 3 good softer stools. Now today i was constipated again and a bunch of sticky yellow mucus goo came out with a peice of constipated poo. why is this happneing ?

Hello

Your findings may be due to irritable bowel.
It is not a serious finding.Since there is excess mucus,you may need stool RE/ME.
You should take plenty of fiber.Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Take plenty of water and go for brisk walk regularly.
You can also take isabgol or psyllium husk at night.
