Brief Answer:
Nutritional deficiencies with Eusthacian tube dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having clogging of ears.

As such, mono (glandular fever) is a viral infection starts with flu symptoms.

It is a self limiting, will not carry till 2 months. Of course, it causes fatigue due to nutritional deficiencies.

Your ear clogging could be due to Eusthacian tube dysfunction secondary to flu symptoms of mono.

I suggest you to follow these measures to overcome your post viral status.
1. multivitamins daily one tab for 15 days.
2. good nurtiritious diet.
3. anti allergic medication cetrizine 10 mg one tab at bed time for couple of days(over the counter medication).
4. chew chewing gum.
5. do valsalva exercises (watch you tube video).

In case of persistence of symptoms, needs ENT surgeon consultation to rule out other causes.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
