Brief Answer:
Otitis media

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Ears getting blocked after an episode of nasal or throat infection is usually due to eustachian tube blockage or it can be due to wax or bacterial infection. I will suggest that you should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and a pure tone audiometry. In addition, you should start tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week.
Take steam inhalation and chew a gum that will also help decongest the tube.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
