Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test done,...presently she is ovulating

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As intercourse was during her period and soon after the end of period, she is likely to be in her safe period when chances of pregnancy are minimal. Ovulation doesn't happen during period or soon after end of period; so very minimal chances of pregnancy.

Soon after that in next few days say by day 14 if she has started experiencing excessive vaginal discharge and often mild abdominal cramps then it is indicative that she is ovulating.

If you still have doubts about pregnancy, then she can have a serum beta hcg test done after 7 days of intercourse to confirm or rule out pregnancy definitively based on hcg levels. If the levels are less than 1 then pregnancy is ruled out completely.
