What Causes Clear Fluid Discharge From Breast?
Question: HI, This morning I squeezed the tips of my nipples where the small white dots are, really really hard and a tiny amount (1cm) of clear fluid came out on both breasts. It was similar to if I squeeze a spot on my face. The same thing happens if I squeeze the same dots on my aerola, Is this oil from my XXXXXXX glands

Yes you are right , the squeezed substance from the areolar gland is the oil from the sebaceous glands. It is totally normal. Sebaceous glands produce oil normally and are normally widespread in the skin.
But I will advise you not to squeeze them as it may cause folliculitis .

Thank you. I just wanted to be clear. The tips of my nipples so not the areola are where I first squeezed the fluid from and then I tried my aerola...are these sebaceous glands on the tips of my nipples too? And is this normal? Thank you
