Brief Answer:
can be traumatic muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.
liver and gallbladder diseases are usually linked with pain in right upper quadrant in most of the patients. However normal liver function and ultrasound rules out their involvement. However liver can be painful if it stretches the capsule of the liver, as in blunt trauma.
It can be muscular trauma also;Would suggest you to take Diclofenac tablet twice a day.
See if the pain responds to it.
A tablet of omeprazole can also be taken.

Follow up after 3 days.

Regards.

would it be linking with pancreas diseases? Sometimes the pain last for one and half day then became subsides. This situation has last for about 2 months.

Brief Answer:
To be fully sure a CT scan abdomen can be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Pancreatic pain is usually acute in nature and pain is usually continuous and patient presents usually in emergency condition.
A 2 month old pain is usually not related with pancreas.
A normal ultrasound is again suggestive of the same thing.

Regards!
