Brief Answer:
need to rule out post surgery infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fever, chills and fatigue are indicators of infection.

With a history of recent surgery, the possibility of infection of the surgery site would need to be considered but this would be accompanied by signs of infection at the surgery site.
Signs and symptoms of infection are increased warmth, increased tenderness, increasing swelling, redness.
If none of these are present or are decreasing (may have occurred right after surgery) , then there is not likely any post surgery infection.

If any of these are present, you need to contact your doctor as soon as possible.

Other possible sites of infection would need to be considered though additional symptoms would be needed to determine the precise infection.
It may be as simple as early signs of a common cold or flu, in which other cough and cold symptoms would develop.

At present, in the absence of any signs indicating surgery infection, you can monitor for the develop of any additional symptoms.
The use of meds such as paracetamol or ibuprofen would help with fever.

Rest would also be important.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
