Brief Answer:
Some more information are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please give some more details? What are your current symptoms? Since when you can not excrete? Do you pass gas? Do you have bloating? Cramps? Any nausea, vomiting? Do you have fever? Do you urinate regularly? Is you urine dark? Is your skin itchy, yellow? Do you have legs swelling? When was your last colonoscopy?

From your very sketchy description, I assume you can not pass stool. If you also do not pas gases, bowels obstruction is the case. If so, you should visit a doctor as soon as possible. Kidney pain seems to be cause by an infection of urinary tract. It often appears due to bowels obstruction and can lead to kidney failure and sepsis.

Please give some more information and answer the questions above.
Regards.
