Brief Answer:
Explanation is given below....

Detailed Answer:
It's never normal to run a fever or experience chills when you're pregnant. If you do experience these symptoms, you may have an illness that's completely unrelated to your pregnancy
If you're feeling feverish or you have a case of the chills, you may be suffering from one of these common bugs. Rest assured -- they're all temporary and treatable!

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Influenza
Upper Respiratory Infection (aka the Common Cold)
Gastrointestinal Virus

Hence be aware if you have any other signs and symptoms to find reason of your chills.
please tell me your last menstrual periods?

Brief Answer:
Try to follow-up these advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If your last menstrual period where on 9 November than you are on the first trimester of pregnancy.
First trimester (until you will be 12 weeks) is very important because during this time occur organ-genesis (formation of all organs and parts of the body).

While this period of pregnancy is very important you should exclude any infection that may be present on your body.

Hence if you where my patient I would recommend you to do these tests:
blood test
urinalysis
If these tests will be good and your body temperature with be within normal range ,and you do not have nay other signs and symptoms ,there is nothing to worry about.

Brief Answer:
Is normal during pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

Pain in the inner thighs and on the front side or Symphysis pubic dysfunction, or SPD, is a relatively common pregnancy condition.
It's caused by a relaxation of the ligaments that normally keep the two sides of the pelvic bone tightly bound together at the symphysis pubis, the joint in the pubic area. (The culprit here is the hormone relaxin, which softens those joints to give baby an easier path out into the world.)
Sometimes, the ligaments loosen too much and quite early in early pregnancy.

While constipation ,she should take much more fluids ,especially water in her diet and fiber rich foods .

Third ,while ultrasound examination show that her pregnancy is normal there is nothing to worry.
Nausea and morning sickness aren't sign of being pregnancy ,even if they are very common on pregnant women .

Doctor when will be the best time to check the heartbeat .As on our last ultrasound that was held at 24th Dec was able to see gestational sac. When you will suggest to have an ultrasound again.

Brief Answer:
After three

Detailed Answer:
HI AGAIN!

Heart beats can hear at six to seven weeks of pregnancy,by using transvaginal route of ultrasound .
If on 24 December doctor was able to see only gestational sac ,your gestational age may be three to four weeks.

Hence next ultrasound will be good after three to two weeks .
Take folic acid daily and use much more fluids in her diet.

All the best

Is the hcg value are ok as it doesnt double it just increased . After that we dint check the hcg .And left for Almighty Allah for the wellness of the pregnancy?
Now please advise us how many weeks it has been ? And when to go for ultrasound ?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Vjollce Mbiarra (15 hours later)
Brief Answer:
After three to two weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!

A normal pregnancy may have low hCG levels and result in a perfectly healthy baby.
The results from an ultrasound after 5 -6 weeks gestation are much more accurate than using hCG numbers.
A transvaginal ultrasound should be able to show at least a gestational sac once the hCG levels have reached between 1,000 – 2,000mIU/ml. Because levels can differentiate so much and conception dating can be wrong, a diagnosis should not be made by ultrasound findings until the hCG level has reached at least 2,000.
Hence while your BHcg level was 5200 UI and doctor have seen a gestational sac, your pregnancy age is less than 5 weeks (between 3-4 weeks)
Hence next ultrasound examination should be done after three to two weeks from the last ultrasound .

Allah bless you
