Needs urgent attention

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Based on the symptoms you have described it is must to rule out first and foremost the cardiac (heart) cause. So it is my sincere advice to visit nearby doctor/ER to get physically examined and to have ECG.
Meanwhile you may take tablet aspirin.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care
