Brief Answer:
need details

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

I need few more details to help you in a better way. As your ECG , ECHO , TMT are normal, it suggests less possibilities of cardiac problem.

I will keep following possibilities:
1. Muscular Pain.
2. Stress induced Pain perception.
3. Acid Peptic Disease.

I would like to know the Following things :
1. Any Family History of Diabetes , hypertension or cardiac illness?
2. History of any smoking , alcohol consumption.
3. Any aggravation of pain on walking ?
4. Your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Paracetamol and SSRI known to increase acid secretion in stomach resulting in peptic disease. Which can present as pain or discomfort in chest.

Reply with these details so that I can give you a conclusive answer further.

Regards

Brief Answer:
get evaluate for cardiac problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up query.

With history of hypertension and little variation in lipid levels better to get evaluated for cardiac problems first. Other possibility would be gastric problem. H.Pylori infection needs to be evaluated and treated for the same.

Hope i answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Brief Answer:
Gastric acid secretion .

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up.

Good that you have already done cardiac work up and its with in normal range.

Yes Paracetamol and SSRI do increase acid secretion and aggravates gastric problem.

Continue Pan tablets and avoid spicy food for few days.

H. pylori is a Bactria which causes gastric infection and increases acid secretion. If infection is there symptoms won't get controlled only with pan medication, needs treatment for infection to control acid control in stomach.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related queries.
