What Causes Chest Pain With Coughing An Wheezing?
Question: 2 nights ago, I grabbed my dogs collar as I wasbending down and felt a dull pain in my chest.
the pain moved from right to left between the sterum. I cough and wheeze and have mucus stuck in my throat. the pain comes and goes which feels painful and I become fearful which makes my stomach react. I have a chain reaction due whenever I get the pain. Is it a heart attack?

Very frankly, it sounds like GERD- gastroesophageal reflux disease.
In this condition, excess acid is formed in the stomach
This causes pain in the stomach.
It rolls up in food pipe and get into throat causing the other symptoms.
I feel a prescription of rabeprazole may help you.
However cardiac complaints are the most important differential of GERD.
So it would be a good idea to rule them out using ECG and Dobutamine stress echo
