With blood pressure recording as high as mentioned and chest pain there are chances of getting serious cardiac conditions. I strongly recommend you to get her consulted to a Cardiologist get her BP medication revised and ascertain her cardiac health by getting tests like ECG, ECHO and Tread mill test. Regards,
