Question: hi
i m 33 years old female and i have chest pain for last 7 days and feeling like vomiting after eating also stomach pain many times , what medicine shd i take, i took gelucil last night felt better
My gall bladder is removed 5 years back. chest pain is more after eating please please suggest the diet and exercise. I eat less spicy and less oily.

i am a housewife and don't have any stress. Also i take pudin XXXXXXX whenever i have bad stomach pain and feel better immediately. Please suggest a permenant remedy...

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to gastritis.As antacids like gelucil makes you better it can be gastritis.A warm water bag application also give relief in such condition.But if you have chest pain associated with this it is better to have an ECG to rule out any cardiac problems.

For the condition like this in my patients i treat with Proton pump inhibitors like Rabeperazole and anti emetic Domperidone as sustained release form for a long duration like 1 month.

In case such therapy does not benefit I advise an ultrasound of abdomen to rule out conditions like chronic pancreatitis.
