Brief Answer:
You need to see a physcian

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Chest pain on left side with left shoulder involvement is most commonly related to heart. So you need to see physcian as soon as possible and get ECG. If there is abnormality in ECG than you might need a 2D Echo test also.it should be your first priority.
If there is no problem with heart than it can be due to gastric acidity and ulcer. It can also be checked by physcian.
Third cause can be a chest infection.
Fourth probability is muscle pull.
So I think a general physcian meeting will serve your purpose. Than if he thinks he can refer you to a specialist.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
